During the event "Restaurant Week" between 2 - 19 October, this restaurant is going to offer its 3-course menus from 8.900 HUF.
Our guests are free to choose from the list of meals and can put together their own 3-course menus:
Available starters/soups:
- VakVarju’s dip selection with home-made foccacia: Transylvanian eggplant cream, goat cheese cream with dried tomato, chickpea cream with cumin (V)
- Tiger prawn in spinach–tomato sauce, served with focaccia (+1.000 Huf)
- Hungarian goulash soup with fresh leavened bread
- Onion soup with brown beer, onion jam and cheese cruton (V)
Available main courses:
- Chicken paprikash with egg dumplings and vinegar-dressed lettuce
- Cajun chicken breast with avocado-mung bean salad, red quinoa, and sesame-soy vinaigrette
- Rose duck breast with cottage cheese donuts and pear chutney flavored with anise (+1.000 Huf)
- VakVarjú Schnitzel with Viennese potato salad
- Beef tripe stew with pork knuckle, roasted potatoes
- Sesame-crusted yellowfin tuna steak with mango quinoa and thai curry dip (+1.000 Huf)
- Vegetable stuffed pelmenyi with chive sour cream and roasted broccoli (V)

- Tyrolean apple strudel with vanilla custard
- Cottage cheese dumpling with macaron flavoured sour cream
