During the event "Restaurant Week" between 13 - 30 March, this restaurant is going to offer its 3-course menus from 8.900 HUF.
Our guests are free to choose from the list of meals and can put together their own 3-course menus:
Available starters/soup:
- Hungarian savoury meat-filled pancake
- Tuna tartare with capers, marinated in soy sauce (+1.000 Huf)
- Beef consommé with Swabian dumpling and julienne vegetables
- Mushroom cream soup with goat cheese crumble and mushroom chips (Gf, Lf, V)
Available main courses:
- Chicken paprikash roulade with egg dumplings, sour cream foam, heart lettuce, and vinegar dressing
- Pork cheek roast 'Brassói style' with fried potatoes and elderflower-ginger cucumber salad
- Pork tenderloin medallions covered in parmesan crumbs, served with sun dried tomato-mascarpone rice and basil-tomato sauce
- Confited beef chuck 'Vadas' style with bread dumpling and sour cream (+1.000 Huf)
- Pike perch fillet roasted on the skin 'Rác style' with ratatouille and roasted potatoes (+1.000 Huf)
- Grilled crusted goat cheese with fig chutney and citrus green salad (V)

- Floating island with citrus flavoured whipped egg-white balls
