During the event "Restaurant Week" between 12 - 29 March, this restaurant is going to offer its 3-course menus from 8.900 HUF.

 

Our guests are free to choose from the list of meals and can put together their own 3-course menus:

Available starters/soup:
- VakVarjú Dip selection – roasted pepper cream with walnut, beetroot hummus, smoked aubergine cream (V)
- Marinated roasted beetroot, citrus dressing, smoked salmon, goat cheese mousse, roasted almonds (+1.000 Huf)
- Wild boar ragout soup with sour cream and tarragon matzo ball
- Cauliflower cream soup on crispy tuile with colorful cauliflowers (V)

Available main courses:
- Farm-style chicken paprikash, egg dumplings, sour cream foam and home-made cucumber salad
- 'Chicken Gödöllő-style' - Pressed chicken leg, crispy cheese croquette, green pea cream, pickled shimeji mushrooms
- Rosé duck breast with goat cheese polenta, onion gravy and pickled shallots (GF) (+1.000 Huf)
- VakVarjú Pork Schnitzel in panko crust with beetroot-harissa yogurt potatoes
- Sous-vide pork tenderloin, purple cabbage cream, shepherd's cheese dumplings, pepper jus, straw potatoes
- Confit lamb shank 'Palóc-style', potato doughnut, buttered green beans, carrot purée (+1.000 Huf)
- Cod 'a'la Colbert' with garlic-spinach velouté, salmon roe, baby potatoes with kale (GF)
- Cauliflower steak with parsley parsnip cream, mung bean quinoa salad and toasted pine nuts (GF, LF; V)

Available desserts:
- 'Golden dumplings' - sweet baked dough covered with butter, sugar, and ground walnuts, served with vanilla custard
- Cottage cheese dumplings in brown-butter panko with sweet sour cream and yogurt crunch
- Mandarin dark chocolate mousse, blackberry coulis & almond crumble (GF, LF; V)
