During the event "Restaurant Week" between 13 - 30 March, this restaurant is going to offer its 3-course menus from 8.900 HUF.

 

Our guests are free to choose from the list of meals and can put together their own 3-course menus:

Available starters/soups:
- Garlic flavoured mangalitza rillette, pickled cucumber relish, marinated red onion, fresh sourdough home-made bread
- Pan-seared tiger prawns white wine & cream sauce, baby spinach, roasted tomatoes, focaccia (+1.000 Huf)
- Wild boar ragout soup with sour cream Tarragon seasoned matzo bal
- Green pea velouté sugar snap peas, green apple, soft boiled quail egg (V)

Available main courses:
- 'Chicken Gödöllő-style' Pressed chicken leg, crispy cheese croquette, green pea cream, pickled shimeji mushrooms
- Rosé duck breast barley risotto with porcini mushrooms, pickled shimeji mushrooms (+1.000 Huf)
- VakVarjú schnitzel in panko breadcrumbs potato with yogurt & harissa
- Tender pork tenderloin 'Kedvessy-style', duck liver mousse, paprika sauce, sautéed buttered potatoes, fresh dill, pickled mushrooms
- Confit lamb shank Palóc-Style, potato doughnut, buttered green beans, carrot purée
- Pike-perch fillet Kárpáti-style shrimp, shimeji mushrooms, dill seasoned butter sauce, sweet potatoes (+1.000 Huf)
- Salt-baked smoked celery parmesan arancini, tarragon seasoned butter sauce, cherries, crispy buckwheat (V)

Available desserts:
- Poppy seed bread pudding, tonka bean cherry ragout, vanilla custard
- Cottage cheese dumplings in panko crumbs, elderflower-acacia honey seasoned sour cream
- Mandarin Dark chocolate mousse blackberry coulis & almond crumble
