During the event "Restaurant Week" between 2 - 19 October, this restaurant is going to offer its 3-course menus from 8.900 HUF.
Our guests are free to choose from the list of meals and can put together their own 3-course menus:
Available starters/soups:
- Oven-baked bone marrow with garlic toast and pickled red onion
- Tiger prawn in garlic-chili butter sauce with focaccia (+1.000 Huf)
- Brown beer onion soup with onion jam and cheese crutons (V)
- Duck ragout soup with coconut milk and coriander, served with udon noodles and pak choi
Available main courses:
- Chicken breast wrapped in black forest ham with creamy spinach and cheddar cheese Hasselback potatoes
- Oven-baked duck leg with homemade alpine cheese croquettes and purple cabbage puree
- VakVarjú Schnitzel with Viennese potato salad
- Veal loin roasted in a colorful pepper crust, served with lecsó cream and crispy dödölle (potato dumplings) (+1.000 Huf)
- Venison stew with juniper, chanterelle mushrooms and curd doughnuts
- Cod fillet with Thai cauliflower purée, quinoa, coriander cauliflower ragout, and shiitake mushrooms (+1.000 Huf)
- Lava stone-grilled cauliflower steak with pomegranate tabouleh, raita with mint (V)
Available desserts:
- Cottage cheese dumpling with macaron flavoured sour cream
- Tyrolean apple strudel with vanilla custard
- Mandarin-dark chocolate mousse blackberry coulis & almond crumble
