EXTRA: 4-course menu (starter + soup + main course + dessert) -> +2.000 Huf.
Our guests are free to choose from the list of meals and can put together their own 3-4 courses menus:
Available starters (optional courses +2.000 Huf):
- Foie gras brûlée with apricot chutney and crispy butter brioche
- Mozzarella caprese with home-made pesto (V)
Available soups:
- Clarified mutton goulash with tarragon and hand-pinched noodles
- Pumpkin sweet potato soup with coconut milk and roasted pumpkin seeds (V)
Available main courses:
- Spicy Vadrózsa-Steak with veal liver marrow ragout, mashed potatoes with onion, and home-made pickles
- Duck breast with two cabbage strudel and prune jus
- Wild mushroom risotto with parmesan (V)
Available desserts:
- Poppyseed and walnut casserole pancakes with rum punch sauce
- Strawberry panna cotta
