During the event "Restaurant Week" between 13 - 30 March, this restaurant is going to offer its 3-course menus from 10.900 HUF.

Our guests are free to choose from the list of meals and can put together their own 3-course menus:

Available soups/starter:
- Roasted celery soup with truffles and crostini with pear relish (1,3,7,12; V)
- Caponata cannelloni with arugula and toasted almonds (1,3,12; V)
- White tomato soup with shrimp, gremolata and pine nuts (1,3,5,7,8,12)

Available main courses:
- Beef Tenderloin with sage, grilled polenta and artichokes, comté mousseline (1,3,6,7,9,10,12) (+2.800 Huf)
- Rose duck breast, sweet potatoes fondant, honey glazed walnuts, marinated beets and burrata espuma (5,7,8,9,11,12)
- Surf and turf Pelmeni with citrus beurre blanc and dill oil (1,2,3,7,12)
- Salmon fillet, sweet pea velouté, grilled fennel, goat cheese in phyllo (1,3,7,9,11,10,12) (+2.500 Huf)
- Sweet pea velouté, grilled fennel, goat cheese in phyllo (1,3,7,9,10,11,12; V)

Available desserts:
- Mascarpone mousse with white chocolate, orange marmalade and hibiscus with pistachio crisps (1,3,5,7,8,12)
- Raspberry melange slice with Shanky's whip and toasted hazelnuts (1,3,5,7,8,12)
- Ecuadorian chocolate crémeux with spearmint and blackberries (5,8,12)
