During the event "Restaurant Week" between 13 - 30 March, this restaurant is going to offer its 3-course menus from 10.900 HUF.
Our guests are free to choose from the list of meals and can put together their own 3-course menus:
Before the menu:
Amuse Bouche - Rye sourdough bread from our bakery, artisan butter
Available soup/starters:
- Jerusalem artichoke soup with brown butter, fresh cheese mousse, sage (V)
- Mangalitsa terrine, marinated beetroot, herb vinegrette
- Grilled octopus, baked kapia pepper zakuska, pickled aubergine (+3.800 Huf)
- Spago classic spicy marinate tuna tartare in sesame cones, masago (+4.500 Huf)
Available main courses:
- Braised beef, ratte potato, caramelised onion, pickled mustard seed
- Miso glazed salmon filet, venere risotto, broccoli, confit lemon
- Home-made maccheroncini cheese fondutta pasta, taleggio, pecorino, gorgonzola, walnut (V)
- Pan seared duck breast, creamy polenta, ewe cheese, blueberry (+8.500 Huf)
Available desserts:
- French chocolate mousse dessert, mango, passion fruit
- Rákóczi túrós, crunchy meringue, apricot coulis, citrus
- Baked caramel – pecan tarte, almond, chocolate ganache
