The team of our restaurant travels all over our homeland, the Carpathian Basin to discover the important, special, characteristic producers and sources of ingredients of a particular region, and to present the values of
a region on the plates of MÁK.
The restaurant’s executive chef, János Mizsei, creates (in accordance with MÁK’s tradition) a progressive, innovative menu - inspired by the specialities of the ingredients he personally discovered and the people, stories, joint experiences behind them.
