Our guests are free to choose from the list of meals and can put together their own 3-course menus:
Available starters/soups:
- BLOOD SAUSAGE IN HOME-MADE BREADCRUMBS - apples, mushrooms with pomegranate syrup (L)
- ROASTED BONE MARROW - roasted garlic, toast (L)
- SPRING WILD MUSHROOM SOUP - Serrano ham, salted lemon, tomato (G, L)
- APPLE & KOHLRABI CREAM SOUP - citrusy kohlrabi salad with apple and walnuts (V, G)
