During the event "Restaurant Week" between 2 - 19 October, this restaurant is going to offer its 3-course menus from 10.900 HUF.
EXTRA: wine offer of the restaurant – 3 glasses. More informations below.
Due to Cut&Barrel's special cuisine and dishes, it is not prepared with 3 courses, but with 5 and 6 items for Restaurant Week.
The following menu is of FIXED nature and cannot be altered in any way:
(Minimum for 2 people! Of course, reservations for more than 2 people are also possible, the food portion increases proportionally with the number of guests.)
Please note that the meals are served family-style, placed in the middle of the table, which can then be eaten together.
If you prefer to have your own plate, you can choose three dishes from the menu, but portions will be adjusted accordingly.

Menu „A” – 5-courses:
- Charcuterie - Selection of home-made cured meats, served with fresh bread
- Taco de Salmón - Salmon tataki with sesame seeds, guacamole, soy caramel, corn shell
- 500 g de nuestra carne Muge, acompañada de papas asadas - Juicy 500-gram beef steak, grilled to perfection, served with crispy steak-potatoes and chimichurri
- Leche Asada - Traditional Chilean baked milk custard with a caramelized top, smooth and creamy inside
- Chaja Torta - Traditional South American layered dessert with sponge cake, dulce de leche, merengue and served with apricot sorbet

Menu „B” – 6-courses (+5.000 Huf):
- Charcuterie - Selection of home-made cured meats, served with fresh bread
- Hamachi, remolacha, yogurt - Slices of fresh hamachi with beetroot salad, finished with a light yogurt foam
- Trilogía de Cerdo – Signature dish - A trio of pork preparations, featuring tender belly, cochinita pibil dumpling, and pork pâté tuile
- Parrillada (pollo, chorizo, costillas, carne de res) con papas y ensalada - A grill-platter of char-grilled meats (chicken, chorizo, ribs, beef) served with steak potatoes and fresh seasonal salad
- Coco & maracujá - Tropical dessert with creamy coconut base and passion fruit
- Chocolate & Pacharán - Rich chocolate dessert served with chocolate sauce infused with Spanish sloe liqueur, Pacharán
