During the event "Restaurant Week" between 12 - 29 March, this restaurant is going to offer its 3-course menus from 8.900 HUF.
Our guests are free to choose from the list of meals and can put together their own 3-course menus:
Available starters/soup:
- Goat cheese mousse with toasted brioche, Amarena cherries, and pistachio crumbs (V)
- Beef carpaccio with confit tomatoes, arugula, and Parmesan (GF) (+1.000 Huf)
- Foie gras pâté with fig and onion jam, served with toasted mini brioche (+1.000 Huf)
- Creamy porcini mushroom soup with truffle ricotta ravioli
Available main courses:
- Chicken breast stuffed with blue cheese and walnuts, baked in Black Forest ham, served with golden raisin arancini and creamy Tokaji wine sauce
- Pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon with savoy cabbage velouté, butter-roasted Brussels sprouts, and crispy baby potatoes (GF)
- Rosé duck breast with provolone potato fritter, balsamic plum ragout, and toasted walnuts (+1.000 Huf)
- Grilled salmon fillet, Carpathian style, with shrimp and dill cream sauce, sautéed mushrooms, and crispy potatoes (+1.500 Huf)
- Ricotta ravioli with tomato pesto, arugula, and Parmesan (V)
Available desserts:
- Cheesecake with salted caramel and raspberries
- Hungarian cottage cheese dumplings with toasted breadcrumbs and sweetened sour cream
- Hazelnut chocolate mousse with raspberry gel (Vegan, GF, sugar-free)
