During the event "Restaurant Week" between 12 - 29 March, this restaurant is going to offer its 3-course menus from 10.900 HUF.
Our guests are free to choose from the list of meals and can put together their own 3-course menus:
Available soup/starters:
- Guinea fowl consommé, semolina dumplings, vegetables (gluten, egg, celeriac)
- Salmon crudo, pickled grapes, calamansi, chervil, chamomile (fish, sulphites)
- Beetroot salad, stracciatella, vanilla, ruccola, hazelnut (dairy, nuts; V)
- Tuna tartare, wakame, Sriracha, sushi ginger (fish, soy, sesame, sulphites) (+2.190 Huf)
Available main courses:
- Beef cheek ’Eszterházy’ style, napkin dumplings, capers (gluten, dairy, egg, celeriac, mustard, sulphites)
- Seabass, spinach velouté, horseradish mashed potato (fish, dairy)
- Pappardelle with wild garlic pesto, 24 months Parmesan (gluten, egg, lactose, nuts; V)
