On the outskirts of Bicske, in the immediate vicinity of the M1 motorway and the main road 1, we reopened the Fogadó with a history of several decades, which received a new exterior and food and beverage offer during the transformation. Our cuisine relies on traditions in terms of food and gastronomic procedures, we would like to show that traditions live on if we refresh them, if we rethink and repackage them. Our raw materials are always included in our dishes through a unique and conscious choice, and we prioritize the continuous maintenance of their quality in close cooperation with local producers.
