Available starters:
- Chinese Garlic Chives Pork Dumplings: The Chinese chive forms the base of this filling, with a secret recipe that comes straight from Tianjin. The filling is a mix of ground pork, Chinese chives, shrimp, and fried egg, seasoned with sesame oil.
- Chicken Corn Dumplings: A special dish from the house, featuring freshly ground chicken thigh in the filling, which combines perfectly with the corn for a juicy harmony. Served with the house's secret soy-vinegar dipping sauce.
- Steamed Soybeans & Sichuan Salt (Vegan): Super fresh steamed soybeans in their pods, served with sichuan salt. A favorite dish in Japanese Izakaya's, it’s very healthy and delicious, and pairs perfectly with a cold beer.
- Spring Rolls with Sweet Chili (Vegan): Crispy vegan spring rolls filled with fresh vegetables, served with a sweet chili sauce – the perfect light and tasty appetizer.

Available main courses:
- Sesame Tofu Noodles (Vegan): The base of this dish is a rich peanut sesame sauce, mixed with a bit of soy sauce and the Tiger’s house-made sichuan spices. Upon order, it’s combined with our home-made udon, topped with tofu, bean sprouts, fermented mustard root, and spring onions.
- Udon Carbonara: Elastic udon noodles mixed with carbonara sauce made from fresh egg yolk, Parmesan cheese, bacon fat, and black pepper. The dish is finished with golden fried bacon, freshly grated Pecorino sheep cheese, and a fresh egg yolk.
- Pork Ramen: For this soup, we slow cook pork ribs, hock, and feet for 16 hours. The toppings include tender pork slow-cooked in soy sauce and rice wine, complemented by freshly cut spring onions and a soft-boiled Japanese egg.
- Chicken Soup: A rich and deeply flavorful, slowly simmered aromatic soup – a true soul-warming classic of traditional Asian cuisine.
- Coconut Shrimp Soup: The 101 Tiger shrimp soup offers a refreshing and spicy flavor, with juicy shrimp, fragrant spices, fresh mint, and lime creating a harmonious balance. (+990 Huf)

- Bao Donut with Seasonal Fruit: Bao is a fresh, milk-based donut filled with condensed milk and flavorful sweet seasonal fruit.
- Matcha Tiramisu: If you love tiramisu, this is your dessert. Instead of the classic cocoa and coffee, we use vibrant, refreshing matcha green tea powder on top of the tiramisu.
- Raspberry Mooncake: The Raspberry Mooncake is a delicate pastry filled with a luscious raspberry and white chocolate blend, offering a perfect balance of tartness and sweetness.
